Born in Poland but raised globally, worked in several Latin countries and Australia. I’m an event strategist & producer with 20 years of experience in global MICE and event industry. Originally trained as a diplomat, later earning an MBA, since forever been fascinated by how people, cultures and ideas connect — and events are the perfect stage for that.
Over the years, I’ve led large-scale international events, festivals, conferences, incentive programs, TV projects and brand experiences across Scandinavia, Southeast Asia, Australia, Japan, the United States and the Middle East, working with industries ranging from cosmetics and automotive to real estate, entertainment and governmental institutions.
Driven by global MICE travel, zero-waste event design, next-gen AV, and how AI is reshaping live experiences.

VIVIDLY is my creative and professional playground.

Originally from Brazil, I’ve lived and worked across Europe, the Emirates, and Canada.
My background spans advertising, art, gaming, TV, beauty, and events... along with a wide range of life experiences in between.
​
I concept across both digital and analog mediums, including painting, drawing, sculpture, writing and others. My approach is flexible, shaped by the needs of each project.

What matters most to me is that ideas don’t just look good: they work. I focus on creating solutions that are both effective and thoughtfully executed.

I value curiosity, perspective, and emotional awareness, even in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
At VIVIDLY, I bring that mindset together with modern tools, including AI, to help projects move forward with clarity and strong results.
